Homemade paella!

Shout out to Bobbi for her paella research, and for bringing the secret recipe straight from the kitchen of a Spanish mama. Our attempt to replicate it turned out pretty well. This famous Spanish dish isn’t actually too complicated, but it is very time consuming – we spent over 3 hours in the kitchen.

In other photo-worthy news, I went canyoning this morning in Abdet – climbing through a mountain stream, rappelling down rocks, and jumping off cliffs into sparkling pools of water. It was beautiful, but not very conducive to schlepping around a camera – so you’ll have to take my word for it.
