Cizur Menor to Puente La Reina.

Lots of sunflowers today, and some ruins of an old monastery in the background. We passed through many fields of wheat, sunflowers, or just ploughed rows of red earth, and climbed up to the ridge lined with wind turbines, overlooking Pamplona behind us.

The Camino is teaching me about perspective – looking at small, short term goals (the top of a hill) and then looking back (across the distances we have walked, to far-away cities we have passed through.)
