Time for one of my favorite lessons with the kiddos: Muñecas Quitapenas, or Guatemalan worry dolls, and the subsequent string of poignant or adorable worries from the kids. (I’m scared of the dark. I’m scared of squirrels, worms, and also turtles. I’m scared of dying at a young age. I’m scared of my mom and dad leaving me forever. I’m scared of “loins.”)

You just can’t beat the timeless classic, of course: The fearsome spobers. Som can bot.
